Ralph, my beloved Standard Poodle, is more than just a muse — he’s my constant studio companion and the heart behind this series. He’s been by my side through every brushstroke, always ready with a soulful gaze or a dramatic sigh. His favourite word is “painting” (second only to “walk”), and he perks up the moment I say it — because he knows that’s when the magic happens. I adore him, and his quirky charm and elegant strut have found their way into so many of the characters I paint.
